Terms & Conditions

1. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your clinic to create a clinic account.
• You are responsible for your login details and for everything done under your account, including by staff you add.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. The Service

Arogya System provides software for appointments, patient records, consultations and prescriptions, billing, accounts and a patient app. It is a record-keeping and management tool; it does not provide medical advice, and clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating doctor.

3. Free trial, plans & payment

• New clinic accounts get a 14-day free trial with every feature. No card is needed to start.
• After the trial, you can buy a plan for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Each plan is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically; you renew from your settings when you choose.
• One plan covers every branch of your account, with unlimited doctors, staff and patients.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Your data & acceptable use

• You keep ownership of the clinic and patient data you enter. You are responsible for having the right to collect and store it, and for obtaining any consent your patients must give.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to try to access other clinics' data.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the Service.

5. Live demo

The live demo uses sample data and is read-only. Do not enter real patient information into the demo.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design and software belong to Arogya System. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use it for your clinic while your account is in good standing.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on providers such as Google Firebase, Vercel, Razorpay and Resend. Their terms may also apply to the parts they provide.

8. Availability, disclaimers & liability

• We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Suspension & termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put other users at risk. On request, we will help account owners export or delete their data.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
